For an RA# (Return Authorization Number) Returns without an RA #will not be accepted.
RETURN POLICY
All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days from when the package was received. Returns or exchanges after 15 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns after 30 days will not be honored.Please include your original packing slip with all returns.
Items may only be returned if they are in 100%, unused, re-salable condition with original package and tags attached where appropriate. Any items not returned in original package in unused, re-salable condition will not be accepted and a refund or exchange will not be issued.
If the merchandise received is factory defective, we will replace it and you will not be billed for return shipping. If the merchandise is for exchange, we will need your credit card number/expiration date, CVV#, card billing address and zip code to process postage for any exchanges you may need. Please include this information and a detailed description of your exchange when sending back your merchandise.

Non Returnable Items
Skirts, Tutu’s, Ballet and Pointe shoes that have had the draw string pulled or have been soiled or worn are non returnable and will not be accepted for exchange or refund. Please return Pointe Shoes in a hard side box to avoid crushing during transit. Shoes that have been crushed in transit will not be accepted. For Health and Hygiene purpose, Tights, BraVa, Unitights or Footights are non returnable. Pointe shoe accessories Lambs Wool, Ribbons, Toe Pads, Make It Fit Kits, and Heel Oval Kits are non returnable items.
